Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to work in our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record vital signs and health information from residents
  • Administer medications and injections as needed
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Assist residents with daily living activities
  • Monitor food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
  • Valid NY State LPN license
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
