Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN to work with our skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate will have a valid NY State LPN license and be able to work as a team member.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record health information from new residents, including vital signs and temperature.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily activities.
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
  • Valid NY State LPN license.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
