Position Summary: The Personal Care Assistant plays a vital role in supporting patients with essential daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with care plans and procedures as directed by a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Support patients with personal hygiene, daily living tasks, and safe mobility.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' physical, mental, or emotional health.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Address the psychosocial and spiritual needs of patients, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- Required Credentials: Must possess certification as a Companion, Home Health Aide, Nurse Aide, or Certified Nurse Aide.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
We offer competitive compensation, including overtime pay, travel reimbursement, and mileage compensation.
