A Nurse Manager and Registered nurse responsible for the 24 hour, seven day a week functions of a clinical nursing unit(s).
Key Responsibilities:- Administers, plans and evaluates the activities of the department(s) to ensure quality patient care.
- Develops goals, policies and procedures, prepares and submits operating and capital budgets, participates in multidisciplinary QI teams, consults with staff, physicians and other departments as needed.
- Manages staffing patterns with the assistance of Assistant Nurse Managers and the House Supervisors on a shift-to-shift basis.
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or State Registered Radiologic Technician, or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), or Registered Nurse
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate, or Registered Nurse Diploma

Our program offers open-heart surgery and interventional cardiology. Electrophysiology, cardiac rehabilitation, and comprehensive diagnostic services are also offered by this program. Other services that we provide include orthopedic and spine care, as well as robotic surgery. We offer acute inpatient medical rehabilitation and complete imaging services.
