We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology (EP) lab operations at a reputable healthcare provider in Florida. This hospital is a Level II Trauma Center with 221 licensed beds, offering a robust interventional and structural heart program. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recent Cath Lab management experience and a proven track record of leadership in Cath and EP lab environments.
- Provide 24-hour accountability for clinical practice and quality of care in the Cardiac Cath and EP labs.
- Lead and manage a competent workforce, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Oversee the utilization of resources, equipment, and physical space to maintain high-quality standards.
- Manage staff performance through regular feedback, mentoring, and performance planning.
- Collaborate with clinical departments and physicians to offer integrated services for patient care.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN), Advanced Practice (APRN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or state-registered Radiologic Technologist (RT).
- 3-5 years of recent Cath Lab management experience, ideally within an acute care setting or Trauma Center.
- Proven leadership in Cath and EP lab environments with experience in advanced cardiac interventions (e.g., TAVRs, Watchman procedures).
