Role Overview: The Senior Technical Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting the Crew Operations Digital Technology Systems. This position involves providing technical guidance to team members, focusing on design and programming tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for articulating new solutions and processes to the team while developing a comprehensive delivery strategy that incorporates effective technical measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide core technical support for Crew Operations systems, ensuring seamless operations and troubleshooting.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Tibco and Java, with a preference for experience in Kafka, AWS, and ODM.
  • Coordinate with various Digital Technology teams for application updates, operating system patches, and support changes.
  • Mentor and guide team members and contractors towards achieving technical excellence and effective people management.
  • Develop training strategies and growth opportunities for employees to enhance their skills.
  • Oversee system integrity through rigorous testing and integration processes for Core Support changes.
  • Drive high-quality, sustainable deliverables through collaboration with cross-functional teams, addressing technical challenges, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the technical team and management, effectively communicating progress, risks, and solutions.
  • Lead Incident Management calls, providing expert guidance for troubleshooting issues within the Crew Operations Digital Technology team.
  • Assist the Core Support Team and Program Manager in project strategy and execution.
Technical Requirements:
  1. Gather and analyze requirements.
  2. Translate requirements into technical specifications.
  3. Create technical designs and perform code reviews.
  4. Develop cutover strategies for project implementation.
