Integrated Mental Health Therapist II, III or Licensed Professional

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Integrated Mental Health Therapist II, III or Licensed to join our team at our Puyallup Behavioral Health Clinic.
The successful candidate will work as a core member of the Clinical Care Team, providing diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of chronic conditions, including substance use disorders and behavioral health concerns that contribute to a patient's inability to adequately address their medical needs. They will also have knowledge of chronic medical conditions that can lead to depression and other mental health concerns.
The Integrated Mental Health Therapist II, III or Licensed will educate staff on the process for mental health service referrals and on psycho-educational topics, such as suicide risk assessment and behavior modification, as directed by Behavioral Health protocols.
The successful candidate will maintain documentation of mental health services and follow through in patient charts with strong emphasis on communication with the care team located in the medical clinic.
We are seeking a candidate who is bilingual in Spanish, Korean, Swahili, or Hindi, but it is not a requirement.

- Competitive hourly rate of $32.26 for Mental Health Therapist II, III, and $73,000 annual salary for Licensed Therapist

Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work, with coursework in psychological diagnostics
- 1-3 years of experience in the field, or 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree
- Active WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor License, or mental health Associate License (includes Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, and Clinical Social Worker)
