Job Description

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health services to diverse communities. We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at our Puyallup Behavioral Health Clinic.

The successful candidate will function as a core member of the Clinical Care Team, providing diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment. They will have an understanding of chronic conditions, including substance use disorders and behavioral health concerns, and be able to educate staff on mental health service referrals and psycho-educational topics.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work, with coursework in psychological diagnostics. They will have experience in the field, with a minimum of one to three years for the IMHT II position and three or more years for the IMHT III or Licensed positions. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
