Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing clinical counseling and case management services to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered counseling, advocacy, and case management services to patients.
- Develop treatment plans that clearly identify patient needs, treatment strategies, and outcome measures.
- Meet agency documentation standards and authorization requirements of contracts.
- Strategically tailor effective clinical and case management services to meet diverse patient needs.
- Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field or equivalent experience.
- Eligibility to apply for a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor within 30 days and obtain within 90 days of placement in job.
- Current Washington state driver's license and proof of a safe driving record.
- Previous experience providing mental health counseling services preferred.
- Depending on assigned area, BLS certification may be required.
