About the Role:
The Observation Unit at Verovian seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients requiring short-term monitoring and assessment. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  3. Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress.
  5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  6. Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements:
A BSN or ADN degree is required, with at least 2 years of experience in acute care. BLS and ACLS certification is also necessary. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
