The Job

As a Nursing Director at Brookdale Collin Oaks, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, ensuring residents' healthcare needs are met.
  • Ensuring consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts.
  • Supervising and training licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and caregivers.
  • Overseeing medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision/administration in the community.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at around $95,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This includes health insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans. Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement, pet insurance, adoption reimbursement benefits, and associate discounts.
