Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Wellness Department, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and posting updates.
  • Refill Management: Retrieve refill orders from the refill line, notify pharmacies of requested refills, and track refill order tracking.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stacks of medical and office supplies, including ordering and removing out-of-date supplies.
  • Patient Care: Take and record medical history and vital signs, and provide patient care as needed.
  • Documentation: Keep and track DMH call logs as required by ADMH, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and display organizational skills.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a medical office, Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
