LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a skilled family law litigation paralegal for a full-time, permanent role. Responsibilities include drafting, formatting, and proofreading various legal materials such as discovery requests, deposition notifications, subpoenas, trial binders, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and format legal documents with precision.
- Proofread correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Manage discovery processes and prepare trial binders.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of court rules and legal document formatting guidelines.
- Provide support in case management and organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a family law paralegal.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
