Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist clients in completing applications, ensuring accuracy and collecting necessary documentation for processing.
  • Phone Assistance: Provide professional and helpful assistance to clients over the phone.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work cooperatively with colleagues, clients, and other organizations to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Confidentiality Matters: Uphold strict confidentiality standards as outlined in our policy, treating all participants and applications with respect.
  • Effective Time Management: Maintain a consistent schedule within the working hours set by our program coordinator.
  • Championing Our Mission: Understand and contribute to our agency's goals and performance measures.
  • Community Outreach: Optionally, participate in outreach efforts to promote our programs within our service area.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Tech Skills: Previous experience with Microsoft Windows applications.
  • Experience: Preferred experience in public-facing roles.
  • Details: Strong attention to detail.
  • Phone Etiquette: Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems and phone etiquette is a plus.
