  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide excellent member service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Identify and report suspicious activity to prevent fraud
  • Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet members' needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
