Position Summary:

The Operations Control Center Quality Assurance Performance Reliability Auditor (PRA) is responsible for ensuring the precision and reliability of all data recorded in Electronic Trip Reports and the MISA Flight Data Maintenance Delay interface.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing daily evaluations of Electronic Trip Reports and updating the MISA Flight Data Maintenance Delay interface in accordance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Verifying the accuracy and thoroughness of data within Trip Reports and the MISA Delay interface.
  • Detecting and rectifying discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assisting in the preparation of Performance Reliability reports.
  • Proposing enhancements to processes for improved efficiency.
  • Tracking trends to proactively address negative findings.

Supervisory Role

This position does not entail supervisory duties.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma is mandatory; additional education or technical training is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a FAR 121/135 Operations Control Center is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Proficient in computer skills; familiarity with Kalitta Air OCC systems is a plus.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in spoken and written English is essential for effective communication.

Mathematical Proficiency

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and unit conversions.

Physical Requirements

This role necessitates sitting, utilizing technology, and occasional physical activity.
