RN - Inpatient Float Psychiatry (Adult & Geriatric Care)

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Float Pool. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care to adults and geriatric patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatric patients in a psychiatric setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assess, plan, document, and evaluate patient care in a collaborative team environment
- Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, and families
- Current MA RN licensure required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred
- Current American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers BLS certification required
- 1 year previous mental health experience in a locked unit strongly required
Cambridge Health Alliance offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a $10,000 sign-on bonus for newly hired experienced RNs with 2 years of experience in the specialty. Additionally, newly hired experienced RNs may be eligible for a retention bonus of $10,000 after committing to a minimum of two years of employment.
