Physician - Inpatient & Outpatient Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Everett, WA. As a Hospitalist & Internal Medicine Physician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our complex and medically underserved population.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a mixed role, splitting your time between inpatient and outpatient care. You will be part of a collaborative care model that integrates care across multiple disciplines and locations, ensuring seamless and coordinated care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to complex and medically underserved patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Unrestricted WA State Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Current WA DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- EMR proficient.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Self-starter with ability to practice with a high degree of independence.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Managed Care experience.
- 1+ years' experience post-training.
- Experience with complex geriatric patients.

We offer a competitive salary range of $256,997 to $364,843 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) contribution, and paid time off.
