About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Arcane Resources LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of our office in College Station, TX.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed consistently and effectively. Strong leadership qualities, excellent written and communication skills, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish are essential requirements for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with resolving customer issues and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Ensure that all company files are properly stored and maintained in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both company files and customer files.
  • Review and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and taking action as needed to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or other related fields.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Strong leadership qualities, excellent written and communication skills.
