Operational Project Coordinator Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Operational Project Coordinator to join our team in College Station. This role involves coordinating project schedules, ensuring the quality of reports from field representatives, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage scheduling for all projects as needed, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of reports submitted by field representatives, maintaining high standards and accuracy.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support and data entry, facilitating seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • Phone Support: Assist field representatives with questions via phone, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Productivity: Highly productive and efficient in task management, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and stay motivated, with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Communication: Personable, comfortable, and professional on the phone and via email correspondence, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to learn new tools and software.
  • Computer Skills: Comfortable working at a desk and in front of a computer most of the day, with basic typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, ensuring high-quality work and minimizing errors.
  • Enthusiasm: Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and provide input when needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and workflows.

We offer a competitive salary of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, along with a range of benefits and perks, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
