- Facilities Operations: Assist with the daily operations of facilities, including cleaning, trash removal, and snow removal.
- Safety and Compliance: Identify and report safety issues, adhere to safety procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest services, including responding to guest requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs, lift arms overhead, and perform repetitive bending, twisting, and stooping.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures, cleaning supplies, and chemical reactions. Professional communication skills, ability to work mornings and holidays, and solve problems under pressure.
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to mechanical, electrical, and burn hazards. Must be able to work calmly under pressure and create a fun, professional work environment.
