We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Access Dubuque. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address the unique needs of each individual
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Provide direct therapy services, including behavioral interventions and skill-building activities
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or higher
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the treatment of ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
