Position Overview

This entry-level position is designed to assist in the enhancement of the operational risk register and to support the effective capture, evaluation, and reporting of operational risks.

Key Responsibilities
This role focuses on data management and analytics. You will facilitate project risk assessments to identify and document potential impacts on the enterprise risk profile and tolerances.

Act as a liaison between project teams to ensure synchronization of schedules and activities, while supporting project risk response strategies, escalations, and reporting.

Engage with stakeholders to develop and maintain the operational risk register, including the entry of risk data into the Enterprise Governance Risk and Compliance (EGRC) system.

Support risk management workshops, meetings, and discussions with project subject matter experts.

Review data for consistency with project/program risk registers and, under the guidance of senior management, collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.

Provide assistance with other related risk management tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities. Ability to create visual data representations, dashboards, reports, and presentations (Power BI). Familiarity with the general risk management lifecycle and business concepts is essential. The ideal candidate should be an effective communicator and facilitator, with experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders and leading meetings. Preferred experience includes project risk assessments and coordination, along with a foundational understanding of the utility sector.
Education & Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, with a preference for management information systems or a strong analytical background.
