Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead our aesthetic services with excellence as a certified injector specializing in neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Administer cosmetic injections, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Perform advanced aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, skin resurfacing, and micro needling.
  • Manage all medical services and address any adverse reactions or complications in collaboration with the Medical Director.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient consultations, treatments, and follow-up care in EMR.
  • Oversee and support aesthetic treatments performed by aestheticians, ensuring compliance with protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels of injectables, supplies, and equipment, ensuring availability.
  • Lead and participate in both onsite and offsite events to promote our services.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to stay current with the latest aesthetic techniques and trends.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, with opportunities for professional development and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications and Attributes
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license issued by the State of Texas.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a certified Aesthetic/Cosmetic Injector.
  • Previous experience in a Dermatology, Medical Spa, or Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.
  • Knowledgeable in federal and state regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and patient safety.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
