Position Overview:

  • Operate asphalt paving machinery for laying asphalt
  • Collaborate effectively within a team
  • Perform routine inspections of equipment
  • Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
  • Conduct basic maintenance on machinery
  • Assist with general labor duties as required
  • Follow directives from the Foreman
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain clear communication with team members using visual signals

Candidate Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Prior experience in asphalt paving is advantageous

Work Conditions:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license
