Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Regional Director at Burrell Behavioral Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing essential programs that enhance the lives of our clients with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Regional Director in implementing and managing quality management processes to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Oversee staff training, qualifications, and employment screenings to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with community partners and regulatory agencies to promote collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Assist in managing program budgets and authorized service units to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic objectives to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Assist in personnel management, including interviews, evaluations, and conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic and paper records to maintain compliance and transparency.
  • Participate in on-call rotation according to regional office schedule to ensure 24/7 support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Relevant experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities can be substituted year for year for a degree.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in crisis management and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in using electronic record-keeping systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks as required by client needs.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (must be able to physically perform as instructed in the CPR manual).
