DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for processing tags and titles for our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process tag work accurately and efficiently
  • Reconcile tag and title schedules to ensure compliance
  • Understand and apply deadlines and sense of urgency to all tasks
  • Communicate and resolve any issues with the Accounting Manager
  • Previous experience as a Title Clerk in the automotive industry is preferred
  • Active Notary Public certification is a plus
  • Automotive accounting or Reynolds experience is preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
