Job Title: Facilities Superintendent

Job Summary:

The Facilities Superintendent is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the construction of multiple projects in the oil and gas industry. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the construction of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Act as a field manager, maintaining schedules, budgets, and daily reports, as well as organizing project documents.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Recommend equipment and materials for projects, and coordinate their transportation and maintenance.
  • Inspect equipment to ensure it is properly dressed and maintained.
  • Test and maintain equipment to ensure readiness for projects.
  • Maintain inventory records and dispatch crews to oil well servicing assignments.
  • Prepare time reports and other records, and supervise subordinate employees.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pipeline and/or facility construction.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.

Work Environment:

The Facilities Superintendent will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors. The role requires the ability to work in inclement and extreme weather conditions, and to wear a respirator when required. The incumbent must be able to lift and move up to 65 pounds unassisted, and to work long hours and frequent weekends as needed.
