Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain lease production machinery.
  • Oversee and regulate production processes to guarantee safe and efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular assessments and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Execute routine tasks, including general maintenance as necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and comply with OSHA regulations to foster a secure work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to synchronize production activities and meet production goals.
  • Record and report any operational issues or incidents that arise during work.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Prior experience in pumping or lease operation.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret technical manuals and documents pertinent to pumping operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and capability to troubleshoot equipment problems.
  • Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in teamwork.
  • Physical endurance and capacity to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.

Basic Requirements:

  • Must successfully pass a drug screening, MVR check, and background investigation in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Physical Demands:

The physical requirements and work environment outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to effectively perform the essential functions of this role. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods, unassisted. The incumbent must wear a respirator when necessary. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination sufficient to operate industrial machinery are required. This position also necessitates a full range of body motion, including handling and lifting. The incumbent must repeatedly lift and/or move up to 65 pounds unassisted. Visual acuity, hearing, speaking, reading, and writing must be adequate to perform all required tasks safely.
