The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to join our New Client Partnerships organization as Senior Data Management Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team to identify and close new business opportunities. You will collaborate with the sales team to set clear targets and goals for generating new business and expanding accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and coaching sales teams to achieve and exceed targets. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, they must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to identify and close new business opportunities
* Collaborate with the sales team to set clear targets and goals for generating new business and expanding accounts
* Enforce sales strategies, call planning, and opportunity qualification to ensure alignment and take corrective actions when necessary
* Assist sales team in closing sales and managing strategic accounts, ensuring senior-level engagement and guiding them through key sales pursuits when needed
* Set achievable pipeline targets and regularly assess lead quality and sales forecasts to ensure sustained growth

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
* Proven experience in managing and coaching sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
