Cardiovascular Specialist

At Conviva, we prioritize health and well-being. As a Cardiovascular Specialist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, managing, and providing follow-up care for patients with heart-related conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with suspected or known cardiovascular diseases.
- Collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team focused on outpatient medicine, ensuring continuity of care and promoting health maintenance.
- Manage complex cardiac conditions, including heart attacks, arrhythmias, and heart failure, while implementing preventative strategies for heart health.
- Devote your time to direct patient care, including necessary administrative tasks related to patient management.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree with a minimum of 5 years of residency and fellowship training.
- State licensure as required.
- Graduation from an accredited MD or DO program.
- Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine with a specialization in cardiovascular disease.
- Experience in project leadership for at least 2 years.
