Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech to join our team at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians and other cardiovascular lab personnel in preparing the Cath Lab room for cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and prepare the Cath Lab room for procedures
  • Recognize and record cardiac pressure forms and thermodynamic parameters
  • Perform cardiac thermodynamic calculations and report abnormal values to physicians
  • Review and update procedures logs after each procedure
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT), or State Registered Radiologic Technician, or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or Certified Cardiographic Technologist
  • Vocational School Graduate, or Certificate
