We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Tech Specialist to join our team at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital. As a key member of our cardiovascular lab, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians and other lab personnel in clearing and preparing the Cath Lab room for cases.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in clearing and preparing the Cath Lab room for next case, ensuring efficient case turnaround times.
- Recognize and record cardiac pressure forms and thermodynamic parameters, performing calculations and reporting any abnormal values to the physician.
- Review and update procedures logs immediately after each procedure, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, Registered Radiographer (ARRT), State Registered Radiologic Technician, or Certified Cardiographic Technologist certification.
- Certificate or vocational school graduate.
