About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant for HVAC Products to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Carrier Bryant equipment and HVAC parts to residential and contractor customers. You will analyze your territory, develop, execute, and monitor sales programs to attract competitor accounts and new customers.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of technical experience in HVAC
* Proven track record of success in sales and new market development
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Proficiency in Excel and CRM-Salesforce
* Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

This role will require you to create and develop long-term relationships with both existing and new customers. You will also be responsible for managing any customer issues and resolving them in a timely manner. Additionally, you will proactively generate new business opportunities while developing and executing strategic plans to help grow existing customers' business.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated performance history in sales and new market development. Equipment, parts, supplies, and light commercial HVAC experience is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who can manage time independently, proficient in Excel and CRM-Salesforce, and hold an associate or bachelor's degree. Three years of technical experience in HVAC is also preferred.
