About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Ground Support Specialist to join our team at Atlantic Aviation in Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide aviation ground support services to customers in a positive and professional manner.
  • Perform various tasks related to aircraft fueling, baggage handling, towing, and other ground support operations.
  • Operate ground support equipment, including lavatory and water service carts, ground power units, and deice trucks.
  • Assist with aircraft scheduling and fueling, and provide customer service activities.
  • Ensure all buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and organized.
  • Conduct or assist with daily/weekly onsite safety inspections and audits of equipment and facility operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • 18 years of age.
  • A valid state driver's license.
  • Ability to work in an environment with frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping, and climbing.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis up to 50 lbs.

We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $18.50 per hour, as well as opportunities for overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
