Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Test Engineering Intern to join our team at GLOBALFOUNDRIES. As an intern, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing electrical test data from semiconductor wafers, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to improve test accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detect and troubleshoot errors in electrical test data
  • Develop and implement tester recipes to test all required parameters
  • Manipulate tester data output to publish results to relevant IT systems
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve test processes
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in electrical test engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of semiconductor processing and wafer test equipment
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
