Job Title: RN Designee

Join HRA as an RN Designee and take on a leadership role in our assisted living and memory care communities. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of resident care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of resident care, ensuring that all care is provided in accordance with HRA's standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of care staff, providing coaching and training as needed to ensure high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular audits of medication administration and ensure that all medications are properly stored and managed.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, working closely with the care team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure that all needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Current nursing licensure (RN) issued by the appropriate state licensing agency.
  • Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in managing care teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
