Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Brand Designer to join our marketing team at Cochran Inc. This role involves designing creative materials for RFP responses, service line collateral, internal and external presentations, newsletters, and other collateral. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing various work across RFPs, collateral design, presentation development, and digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RFP responses that clearly communicate our value and services.
  • Develop service line and presentation collateral to support marketing and service lines, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategies.
  • Create internal and external newsletters to support cohesive storytelling and brand messaging through engaging design.
  • Design assets for cochraninc.com, ensuring a user-friendly and visually consistent experience for visitors.
  • Provide design support for internal communications, including presentations, events, and company-wide updates.
  • Collaborate with external creative partners to maintain brand consistency and expand creative horizons.
  • Work closely with project managers, project executives, and the broader marketing team to ensure designs align with project goals and timelines.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing various work across RFPs, collateral design, presentation development, and digital content.
  • Experience developing and maintaining design systems that ensure consistency across multiple workstreams.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive brand strategies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in delivering high-quality designs that adhere to brand standards.
  • Ability to articulate and execute an innovative vision for projects, from brainstorming to final production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and experience working with web platforms and marketing automation tools like Mailchimp and HubSpot.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining high levels of creativity and attention to detail.
  • 3+ years of experience in design, preferably focusing on B2B marketing, corporate presentations, or internal communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
