Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the daily operation of boilers is maintained at optimal levels.
  • Perform daily checks and maintain accurate operating records.
  • Conduct PM maintenance and repairs on boilers and associated equipment.
  • Test all safeties monthly and perform annual boiler tuning and inspections.
  • Monitor chemical feeds and exhaust/stack emissions.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a -year apprenticeship program or technical schooling.
  • Minimum + years of commercial air conditioning experience.
  • Availability for emergency call-outs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other trades and client staff.
  • Rule certification.
  • EMS experience with Staefa/Siemens systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
