- Provide precise estimates for repairs and maintenance.
- Comply with guidelines regarding vehicle handling and operations.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process.
- Market and oversee extended warranty options.
- Assess the quality of repairs and ensure all tasks are completed satisfactorily.
- Inform customers when their vehicles are ready for collection.
- Discuss repairs and related costs clearly with clients.
- Address minor customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Keep the Service Manager updated on any issues or potential challenges.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores meet dealership standards.
