Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Highway Construction Superintendent to join our team. As an Employee-Owned Company, our employees receive a Company-paid yearly Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) contribution, in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with highway construction projects
  • Manage field operations and coordinate work with subcontractors

  • Continuously monitor safety and provide assistance in addressing areas and conditions requiring attention

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 5+ years of supervisory experience in highway and/or bridge construction
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
