About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Structural Welder to join our team at Allison Offshore Services LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for welding components in various positions, setting up and operating hand and power tools, and participating in safety processes.

Responsibilities:

* Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
* Set up and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade
* Lay out, position, align, and secure parts for welding
* Participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and other safety processes
* Conduct behavioral-based safety observations

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience as an Offshore Structural Welder
* Prior Structural Fabrication experience preferred
* Valid TWIC card
* Ability to pass a structural test (3G, 4G, or 6G)
