Job Summary

At ALLISON OFFSHORE SERVICES LLC, we are seeking a skilled Offshore Pipeline Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working offshore and 5 years of experience in pipeline welding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to determine the required tools, materials, and welding methods.
  • Assembling, installing, and repairing pipe components and systems according to specifications.
  • Inspecting materials, equipment, and tools to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Maintaining supplies, equipment, and tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Preparing working materials by clamping, cutting, or applying chemical solutions to piping.
  • Examining completed welds to ensure they are free of defects, smooth, and functional.
  • Observing and adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working offshore.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pipeline welding.
  • Working knowledge of AWS, API, ANSI, and ASME codes and standards.
  • Knowledge and experience with welding equipment and processes.
  • Excellent technical skills and the ability to interpret drawings.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and physical examination.
  • Ability to pass 1104 and B31.3 code welding test.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
