At Five Star Senior Living, we are seeking a skilled Medication Technician to join our team. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents under the direction of a registered nurse or licensed practical/vocational nurse.
  • Follow current standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control when handling, storing, and disposing of medications.
  • Take and record vital signs as required.
  • Recognize and respect residents' rights to refuse medication.
  • Monitor residents who self-administer medications and report any deviations from the plan of care.
