We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team at Providence College. As a key member of our instructional design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective learning experiences that enhance student engagement and success.

- Stay Current with Emerging Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in educational technology and instructional design, and leverage AI and prompt engineering techniques to enhance personalized learning experiences.
- Design and Develop Interactive Course Materials: Create engaging and interactive course materials for the Learning Management System (LMS) and relevant third-party tools, and provide leadership and best practices with the college's Canvas Credentials platform.
- Provide Leadership and Support: Serve as a Teaching & Learning Technologies representative on multiple committees, collaborate closely with the Center for Teaching Excellence, and provide direct support for faculty and programs assigned to teach online or hybrid courses.
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in learning design, instructional design, or a similar field from an accredited institution is required.
- Experience: Three to five years of experience in learning design or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with various tools such as LTI 1.3, Canvas Mastery Paths, Canvas Credentials (Badgr), Turnltln, HSP, TopHat, Gradescope, Microsoft 365, and more, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfort with various technologies, and strong presentation skills.
