As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Supervise and direct delegated nursing acts, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in nursing, preferably a bachelor's degree.
- A valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- NIHSS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
