We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives in NW Bakersfield. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working with customers, building relationships, and achieving sales goals.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves greeting and assisting customers promptly, understanding and meeting their needs, promoting store events and promotions, resolving customer concerns, communicating needs to management, and supporting team and company goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with technology, and able to handle customer interactions professionally.
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers promptly, providing assistance and handling multiple customers efficiently.
- Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge, answering questions, directing them to merchandise, and offering recommendations.
- Promote store events and promotions, informing customers about current store events, promotions, and special activities to enhance their shopping experience and drive sales.
- Resolve customer concerns, addressing issues and using product knowledge to offer alternative solutions.
- Communicate needs to management, regularly informing management about merchandise restocking, service requirements, and any customer feedback in a timely manner.
- At least 16 years old.
- Available to work a flexible schedule.
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
- Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
- Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally.
