Job Overview
The State Benefits Center is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to assist individuals in accessing essential state benefit programs. This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies.

About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with crucial information about state benefit programs. You will also explain program benefits and eligibility clearly and confidently, building strong relationships by actively listening to customer needs and offering personalized solutions. Additionally, you will identify and seize sales opportunities, address objections effectively, and close sales with ease. To succeed in this position, you must maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the company's CRM system, consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, and collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Compensation
This role offers an attractive compensation package, ranging from $45,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience level. Experienced candidates can earn up to $125,000 annually. We strive to provide a competitive salary that reflects your value to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, including overcoming objections and closing deals.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Adaptable to changing processes and procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in handling complex customer interactions.
