About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our automotive digital sales efforts. This role will be responsible for prospecting, closing, and retaining new business within the local Tier 3 dealership market.


The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital marketing and audience targeting for the automotive industry. Experience selling to local Tier 3 dealerships is required, with experience/contacts with regional Tier 2 associations being beneficial. Existing contacts within the auto industry are highly desired.


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for both prospecting for business on your own and working leads generated by an internal prospecting/biz-dev department. This position is a remote role with no in-office expectation, but in-person prospecting and client meetings are regular expectations, as well as occasional overnight travel.


Compensation and Benefits

The base salary compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $125,000. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.


This full-time position is eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
