We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at South Shore Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing unit operations, and providing leadership to the nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient care activities, including admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Manage unit operations, including staffing, supplies, and equipment
- Provide leadership to the nursing staff, including coaching, mentoring, and evaluating performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current RN licensure in Massachusetts
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures
- BSN degree or higher
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Certification in a relevant specialty
